Creating a sensory path in our school halls will help my students with balance, coordination, and most importantly a way for them to destress. The materials in this project will provide a fun outlet to help reduce stress and anxiety. When they are overstimulated in class they can take a break by utilizing the sensory strategies. These sensory paths will be used throughout our school hallways to allow for movement, and sensory processing. Students will be able to utilize the sensory path during times they get restless and need to move whether individually or with their class to allow them to exert that extra energy.
