Advanced Training Camp for Blind Teens

This year was not possible without you. We had a great group of students spanning all across different skills and ability levels. The students learned tremendously about independent living skills such as cooking along with many other areas of the the expanded core curriculum for students with visual impairments.

The students not only learned tremendously from the Orientation and Mobility instructors present but also gained a lot from the lasting friendships made with other students who also have a visual impairment.

One of the highlights of this years camp was learning to ride the Metro Train to the Santa Monica Pier and ending a fun day enjoying the sun and rides.
