• Support our students' learning with healthy snacks in the classroom!

  Thanks so much for your commitment to our students nutrition, mental health and academic success! We've been using these healthy snacks when we have club meetings with our School of Rock guitar program, our Student Council meetings and internship meetings with student-workers. Students are so grateful for the generosity and always appreciate the healthy offerings. • Bring the Noise with an Electric Guitar, Amp and Mic!

  Thank you for your generous donation! You provided our guitar class a brand-new electric guitar, amplifier, microphone and all the accessories we need. Our students are already making beautiful noise! They really love the electric guitar.

  We've had a few performances this school year and we're looking forward to more in the spring. We're also going to take our students on a field trip to see the symphony in March.

• New Guitars and Ukuleles for School of Rock!

  Thank you so much for your generous donation! You provided our students with four brand-new acoustic guitars and four ukuleles!

  These are the first ukuleles our guitar class has ever had, so the students are very excited. We're using the acoustic guitars to teach our students chords, strumming and finger-picking.

  We've already had a few performances this school year and we're looking forward to more in the fall! Thanks to your support, many more students will get to experience the joy of music in the future. We wish you all the best in the new year!”

• It's Time to Rock After COVID With Some New Guitars

  After spending a year and a half online through distance learning, my students were eager to return to the classroom and in-person learning. One of the areas they missed out most was the arts. When we restarted our School of Rock after-school guitar class, 60 students showed up the first session!

  Thank goodness for the new guitars. Now, every student has an instrument, and we're excited to now offer some electric guitars for the first time. Though we're still wearing masks, the enthusiasm for live music has been infectious. My classroom is filled again with student voices, laughter and the beautiful noise of students learning music!

  Thank you so much for your investment in my students' learning. You've brought joy and the gift of the arts to students during a very challenging time. Your generosity will continue to touch students in the coming years. Wishing you all the best.”

• Help Our Swim Team Make a Splash With New Gear!

  Thank you for supporting our school swim team! We received the new caps and goggles and the students love them! Many of our new swimmers were going without. Now they look like a team. "Check it out, Coach. I'm sponsored by Speedo," one told me.

  Unfortunately, our season has been interrupted by the Coronavirus and school closures. We're eager to get back to the pool and continue the progress. Know that when we do, they will be swimming faster and with more style, because of your gifts.

• New Guitar Gear for the School of Rock

  Thank you so much for your generous donations! On behalf of my students, we appreciate your gifts to the musicians of tomorrow.

  Our School of Rock group has already started restringing the old guitars, giving them new life. One of my students called it "guitar surgery!" The students were most excited about the new guitar picks. They come in all different colors - another way students can show their personality.

  We're looking forward to some more performances soon. During this challenging time, thank you for making our students a priority. We are eternally grateful.”

• Help Our Swim Team Make a Splash With New Gear!

  Thank you all for your incredible generosity and support of our student athletes! We received the caps and goggles and can't wait to put them to good use.

  This will be my third year coaching swim at my school and it's been amazing seeing the growth of the aquatics program. Students who couldn't swim two years ago are now captains on both the swim and water polo teams! Students who couldn't swim six months ago are now starting on our water polo team and setting personal records on our swim team.

  We couldn't do this job without your help. By coming alongside us and helping provide our students uniforms, you are making a real difference in lives of our youth. On behalf of my students, we appreciate you!”

• Outfit Boys Water Polo Team With New Suits and Caps

  Funded Sep 18, 2018

  Thank you so much for your continued support of our student athletes! Our water polo team was so excited to receive their new suits and caps. Instead of old, torn, mismatched swim trunks, our boys are now in new matching Speedo suits and caps in our schools' colors. These uniforms help our students form a team mindset and they're swimming faster already!

  Our team only has two returning water polo players from last year. All of the rest are rookies and many are learning to swim as they learn the sport. After their third game today, they're continuing to show steady improvement. With your help, the season is off to a great start! Thanks for your generosity and kindness.”
