  • Black History Wax Museum

    Funded Feb 18, 2025

The dashikis created a powerful sense of pride among our students. When the children wore them, it wasn't just about attire—it was about unity, culture, and confidence. Students in other classes were impressed by the uniformity and spirit our kids displayed. The impact was so meaningful that even our music teacher asked to borrow the dashikis for the spring performance, wanting to extend that same sense of pride and celebration to a broader audience.

Your contribution didn't just dress our students—it boosted our entire school community. Thank you for making a difference.”

  • Cleaning in the Classroom

    Funded Feb 18, 2025

On behalf of our classroom, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you for your generous donation of a vacuum. Your thoughtful gift has made a tremendous impact on our learning environment. In a space where creativity and hands-on exploration are encouraged, things can get a little messy—and that's a good thing! Thanks to your donation, our students no longer feel anxious about the cleanup process. The vacuum has removed the stress associated with messes, allowing them to focus more on learning, collaborating, and expressing themselves freely.”

  • Making Movies

    Funded Feb 18, 2025

One of my students struggles with reading. She's aware that she is significantly below grade level, however when she works with our technology in our stem club, she's able to perform on level at times even above her peers.

There are many pathways to success and having an alternative pathway through technology allows her to shine in a way that traditional schooling did not .

.This alternative approach to finding some degree of success has been transformational .

You have built confidence and increased her love of learning.”

  • Black History Month

    Funded Feb 5, 2025

Your investment in my classroom is deeply appreciated because of your contributions. My students got a deeper understanding of important black historical figures. They were able to engage in deep meaningful conversations with their peers about the information that they were exposed to. These conversations trickled out of our classroom and into the corridors and cafeteria of our school as the children were totally engaged in learning facts about black history you caused this so thank you for having rippling effect in the lives of my students.”

  • Beyond the Cut: Transforming Classroom Engagement with Cricut

    Funded Nov 13, 2024

You should have seen my students' faces when they first saw the Cricut Maker in action! Their eyes went wide with amazement as they watched it precisely cut out their very first designs. Now, they can barely contain their excitement when it's their turn to create something new.

The Cricut has transformed our classroom into a creative studio where students are learning to express their unique ideas. They're not just following templates - they're designing their own projects from scratch! Thank you for giving our students the tools to bring their imagination to life and make their work truly their own!”

  • STEM with LEGOS

    Funded Nov 14, 2024

You should see our classroom now! The kids were absolutely thrilled when they saw the new materials, and they've been putting them to amazing use. Just recently, my students worked in teams to build bridges, and it was incredible watching them figure out new ways to make their structures stronger. They're constantly coming up with creative solutions I never would have thought of!

The best part? These materials have gotten everyone excited about coming to school. Students are working together, bouncing ideas off each other, and jumping at the chance to tackle new challenges. Right now, they're designing eco-friendly houses and can't wait to show them off to another class.

Thanks to you, our classroom is buzzing with young problem-solvers who are learning that working together makes everything better!”
