History is one of the most engaging subjects a child can delve into! This year I would love for my students to be able to take pride in their nation's history and research primary resources that helped set up the wonderful country we live in today! So much of our history can be challenging for students to "grasp", as they may think, 'it was so long ago'. Time can be a hard concept sometimes but I believe with these 8 Chromebooks and their research and what they will be able to do on them, history will come alive for them! Obtaining knowledge is contagious- once you discover something new to you, you want to learn more! When I see a student taking on their own learning, with the assistance of technology, it creates a contagious feeling of never wanting to stop learning!
