My students love watching their teacher on Video. They watch the video before class and come to class the next day to practice math problems. I currently make videos at home but the whiteboard has annoying reflections that prevent using the appropriate lighting. Video turns out too dark for enjoyable viewing. A chalk board will solve this problem. A chalkboard does not reflect light as much as a whiteboard. I am not sure when school will be fully back as it traditionally was. So it is my hope that I have what is takes to effectively prepare the materials for continued distance learning.
