  • Candy Land Reading

    Funded Sep 27, 2022

Thank you again for your donation to our classroom. We greatly appreciate it! Every time a box arrives, it is like Christmas in our classroom to see what is inside! It is fun to see their expressions and excitement to see what we have received. This time we were able to receive items to create a transformation based on the game Candy Land to support and learn our new reading standards. Students were able to move through the characters of Candy Land and complete reading tasks at each station and modified at their own levels. I am planning on continuing to use this project for many years to come and continue to add more curriculum and ideas!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Diemel

  • Transformation Replaceables

    Funded Aug 15, 2022

Thank you again for your donation to our classroom. We greatly appreciate it! Every time a box arrives, it is like Christmas in our classroom to see what is inside! It is fun to see their expressions and excitement to see what we have received. This time we were able to receive items to recreate some of our favorite transformations. The transformations helped to reinforce division strategies, facts and word problems. We were even able to use the materials to create more new transformations. I am planning on continuing to use this project for many years to come and continue to add more curriculum and ideas!”

  • Calling All Astronauts!

    Funded Apr 29, 2022

Thank you again for your donation to our classroom. We greatly appreciate it! Every time a box arrives, it is like Christmas in our classroom to see what is inside! It is fun to see their expressions and excitement to see what we have received. This time we were able to receive items to create a Space Transformation. The space transformation helped to reinforce division strategies, dividing decimals and word problems. They even had to work through a "blast off" challenges to move to the next planet! I am planning on continuing to use this project for many years to come and continue to add more curriculum and ideas!”

Thank you again for your donation to our classroom. We greatly appreciate it! Every time a box arrives, it is like Christmas in our classroom to see what is inside! It is fun to see their expressions and excitement to see what we have received. This time we were able to receive credits to our favorite Teachers Pay Teachers website. This website is utilized in so many multiple ways. If I am looking for ways to support struggling, advanced or just another practice activity, this is the place to go!”

  • Photo Backdrops Galore!

    Funded Jun 7, 2021

Thank you again for your support of our classroom. The kiddos always get so excited to see the packages come to our room because they know that it is always something exciting! We like to create a surprise with the supplies that come to our room. With this project, we are able to do a quick classroom flip with all the backdrops. The wood backdrops will be up throughout the school year, but the holiday backdrops will be a surprise for at that time. Just a quick backdrop can make all the difference in our attitude for the day!”

  • Racing Through the End of the Year

    Funded May 10, 2021

Thank you again for this awesome opportunity to add another transformation to my classroom. My students were definitely engaged by this transformation as I have many students that are motivated by racing or enjoy racing outside of school. The surprise of walking into a checkered flag classroom left the students in awe. They loved seeing the flags, balloons, glasses, car pens and couldn't wait to see what they "pit stops" throughout the day were going to be for. The students were able to come in for the day put on their "race gear" and transformed to the race track with themed activities throughout the day.”

  • Meeper Bot Coding

    Funded May 21, 2020

Thank you for your support of our classroom. Our classroom loves to work with hands on, interactive materials and supplies, so these meeper bots will be perfect for us! I was introduced to the meeper bots at a technology class that I was at and knew that I needed to have some. As I am searching for ideas on how to utilize these stem bots, the possibilities are endless. You can just drive them from your device or you can work on your coding strategies. I feel that bringing these materials to my classroom is important to prepare students for upcoming jobs in the future.”

  • Bringing to Life 3D Models

    Funded Apr 30, 2020

Thank you so much for your awesome donations to our classroom. This has been such a fun and exciting project added to our room. It will correspond well with our coding and stem curriculum. I can't wait for us to make 3-d models that can be used as diagrams to explain different parts of our learning and curriculum. I saw this 3d printer at a technology conference and knew I had to have one in our classroom. It is so important to introduce all of these things to my kiddos to open up their eyes to new and upcoming careers.”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Diemel

  • The Hachet Series Continued

    Funded May 12, 2020

I am so happy that this project was funded and that as a class we are going to be able to continue this Hachet series. I introduced this series during the Covid 19 online learning at home and my class was hooked. The wanted to move on to the next book and so that is what we did. As we were ending The River, students were asking for what book is next in the series and if we were able to continue, so this project was created. Thankfully, with the support of my awesome parents, this project came to life and we will be continuing the series!”

    With gratitude,

    Mrs. Diemel

We are the largest elementary school in our district! The community is phenomenal with a lot of parent involvement, but yet we are the elementary school that has the lowest income average. Currently, with the common core curriculum many students are struggling to reach their goals and are becoming very frustrated with the struggle from day to day. It is imperative that I am able to find ways to motivate and enhance their unique learning styles in my Inclusion Classroom.
