Healthy PE Students

My class has been positively impacted through your generosity. What the students have been most excited about is the Jolly Ranchers as a prize for tournaments and other competitions. We also enjoy using the fit dice to decide our workouts. It takes pressure off me as the teacher, being the one who chooses dreaded exercise, and creates an element of suspense to make exercise a bit more exciting! It is great to see students have confidence in asking for feminine products in the locker room, and its nice to offer choices. The sharpies have come in handy to let students label their PE clothes, which end up in the Lost & Found too often. The large whiteboard has been extremely helpful to explain game play and rules. My favorite piece has certainly been the megaphone to help me project my voice to a large class of students. It has saved me from straining my voice speaking over the loud street sounds, or making an announcement from far away. The siren feature is also a fun attention getter. Having rechargeable batteries is very convenient, too! The storage clipboard has been life changing for my class organization, and handy when the weather decides to drizzle, keeping my papers protected. We are looking forward to warm weather again, come spring, and will bring out the sunscreen to protect our skin. I can't thank my donors enough for helping fund these supplies as a first year teacher. My students and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts.”
