With such a large class, it can sometimes become difficult to meet the needs of all the diverse learners. My students would benefit from a classroom easel,especially, during small group instruction. The height of the easel is adolescent-friendly, therefor maximizing student engagement. Students sit all day on hard plastic seats, which can become hard to concentrate in. Cushions allow students a chance to escape their uncomfortable seats when meeting in small groups, as well as provide sensory input that can lead to learning retention. We need toner, ink and paper to enhance our learning. This allows customized lessons to help each learner succeed at his/her own modified pace.
