  • Library Indoor Recess Needs Some Help!

    Thank you so much for your gift! We've really been enjoying the games and activities that your donation has gifted us.

    Last week, I walked into the Library and watched about five 2nd graders try to tackle beat the game "Simon". It was so funny to see them work together to remember the pattern and it brought back memories for me.

    Other games that have been a big hit are "Scrambled States", "Candy Land", "Connect Four" and "Spot It".

    Since we've been going outside frequently, students have also been enjoying the basketballs, soccer balls and volleyballs that your donation supplied.

  • Now A Little Help for Outdoor Recess!

    Thank you so much for the outdoor recess equipment! We've been enjoying the basketballs, volleyballs, Frisbees and jump ropes that this project gave the school. Everyday I'm in the school yard, I see this equipment used in wonderful ways. The kids are playing hilarious games and jumping and shouting- exactly as recess should be!

    It's great to see them using their energy in a positive way. They come back to class much more relaxed and ready to learn!
