My students are thoughtful and kindhearted children. They are a highly energetic group of all types of students from different cultures and backgrounds including those with special needs. They are very welcoming to each other and collaborate well with all of their peers. There is a great sense of community in our school. As a staff, we work hard to make students feel like school is their second family, and from what I have observed over these last 5 years, that is exactly how they feel.
