Thank you for checking out my classroom! My name is Ms. Thompson and I teach 5th grade in Marina. My students are hard workers with limited access to resources to help them thrive. They love to read, create art projects, and challenge themselves with mathematical inquiry. Many of my students are English Language Learners and 70% qualify for free/reduced lunches. We appreciate your support in helping these children have the opportunities to be college and career ready. These students also need composition books, paper, pencils, and art supplies because there is very limited district funding available and their families often are unable to provide these supplies for their kids. Let's give these children access to the bright futures that they deserve.
