Coming Together: Circle Time on the Rug!

The class of 127 is loving our new rug!

It has served us in coming together to share our thoughts, ideas, and joy.

We play games on the rug, sing, roll around, and learn.

Some students learn best by lying on their stomachs. The rug is a comfortable spot to draw, write and build.

The students loved the rug when they first saw it! They choose their favorite color to sit on each day during circle times. I spend as much time sitting on the rug as they do! It's my cozy spot during the day while teaching and during prep periods.

Thank you again for donating to make 127's kindergarten/1st grade space comfortable and inviting. The memories of a cold and sad classroom are long gone. We all cherish this comfortable way to come together.”
