• Building Our Phonemic Awareness Muscles One Sound/Letter at a Time.

  Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. This phonics program has been a magical difference in my classroom this year. In all of my years of teaching, I have not had a program that allows my students to so quickly pick up all the aspects of phonemic awareness. Allowing my students a structured daily routine to recognize beginning sounds, rhyming words, and phonemes of all sorts has allowed them to grow as readers and writers. Everyday when I say it's Heggerty time my kids cheer and clap. The rollercoaster motioning is their favorite. Thank you.”

• Learning To Write Comfortably

  Thank you so much for enormous generosity and kindness in helping us to obtain our new rug! The students and I couldn't be more excited! We are so careful with our new rug and do our very best to take care of it. We always remember to clean our feet before entering the class and remind others to do this as well. We don't eat near the rug and keep our art supplies away from the rug.

  We use the rug all day, every day! We have morning meeting on the rug, we listen to stories on the rug, we sing on the rug and we talk on the rug. We talk about taking care of our rug daily and love the brightness that it has brought to our class. You should see how beautiful it is. Thank you for making such an impact in our classroom. A Kindergarten class resolves around the classroom rug!”

  Thank you so much for your kind donations. The original project was for tables, however due to the sheer volume of needs for tables to safely educate children, there were none available. However this donations is going to something better. With these tools I will be able to provide my students with a better virtual learning experience. These manipulatives will help me use my document camera to manipulate actual letters than virtual ones.

I have such high hopes that none of these items will every have to be used, but when it comes to our future you can never be too prepared to protect our children. • Clean Rug in Kindergarten

  Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being able to provide my students with the vacuum. This could not have been a better year to receive this project as I have a student in my room with autism who loves vacuums. This vacuum has motivated this child to work so hard throughout the day so that he has the opportunity to use it at the end of the day This has allowed not only one class to have a clean environment but several of my colleagues have been able to utilize this vacuum.
