This is my second year teaching, and after my first year I understand better how my students have different needs. I want to be able to give each of my students what they need for them to achieve their maximum potential. I have diverse students! They deserve a diverse classroom full of opportunities for them to learn in the way that they choose to. I want to give them a well organized classroom where they can find everything what they need when they need it. I want to ensure that I give them the best, because they always give me their best!
