  • Books to Learn About Water, Plants and Babies

    Funded Jun 27, 2020

Thank you so much for the donation of these items. This will help my students so much when school starts, especially since these will be new items that they can use. Any help that they can get to start the new year off is very much appreciated and make going back to school so much easier.”

  • Can You Hear the Music?

    Funded Nov 18, 2019

Thank you once again for donating to this project. I hope you can see how much fun my students are having in class now that they can hear the music being played. They enjoy playing instruments along with the music, and of course dancing with the songs.

It has made music and movement so much more enjoyable for my students. The ones that can talk can now request songs to be played, without having to wait for a CD to be changed or waiting for the song to be cued up. Even while they are playing at centers, soft music is playing in the background to help them stay calm and relaxed. Thank you once agin for your generosity.”

Thank you so much for donating to this project. My students will be so excited to get new books to read, as well the scrapbooks to hold memories from both home and their year at school. You have provided materials which will make learning fun and memorable. They will now have books that they will help to make, as well as ones that they can read and enjoy in the library. Thank you once again”

  • Looking Pretty

    Funded Oct 20, 2019

My students and parents have both loved having access to these materials. It's made arts and crafts and family time wonderful. We've used the backgrounds for both photos and backgrounds for they artwork. They love walking up to their work and admiring their work as well as their classmates.

Parents especially love seeing their child's artwork displayed so nicely and have said it. The backdrops have made memorable events in the classroom. They enjoy coming into the school and seeing what they get to take photos in front of. Thank you for making this year so memorable.”

  • Print Me a Pretty Picture

    Funded Oct 20, 2019

Having the ability to print photos for the students to see and use in their art projects has been priceless. They love seeing their photos throughout the classroom. It has also helped to have photos of my students to help with learning their daily schedule, as well as learning where they should be for different parts of the day.

Thank you so much for enabling us to print pictures of my students doing phenomenal work and sharing it with their parents when we send them hime. It has made the parents fee like they're seeing all the accomplishments my students have been making . You have helped to make this year so great. Thank you again”

  • Indoor Fun

    Funded Oct 20, 2019

My students have loved exploring and most importantly playing in the ball pit. They are able to climb in and out of the ball pit, as well as "tunneling" around looking for things we have hidden in there for students to find. It has definitely provided a lot of opportunities for students to play and interact in a comfortable and fun way.

The mats have provided much needed cushioning to my students as they crawl through tunnels or rolling around the floor or just needing an area to be calm and quiet. You have made learning fun and exciting, as well as safe. For that we are extremely grateful. Thank you once again.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Lee

  • Build Me a Home

    Funded Dec 4, 2019

My students and paras had a great time working together to make different types of homes. They got really creative. Students especially loved being able to enter the homes and crawl through as if they lived on these homes.

Parents came to visit our museum of homes. They were very excited to see the hard work that the students and teachers put into making these imaginative homes. Students were super excited to show off what they worked on, and of course parents had the opportunity to take lots of photos to commemorate the activity, as well as to show off to family members. Thank you once again for giving my students this learning opportunity.”

  • Ball Pit Fun

    Funded Sep 16, 2019

Thank you once again for donating to this project. As you can see, my students are having a great time in the ball pit with these brand new balls. They are working on their fine and gross motor skills as they are having fun!

I can see students working together as some throw balls out of the pit, while others run around collecting the balls that have fallen on the floor. I can see students helping each other get into the ball pit, as well getting out. There is a game where items will be hidden in the ball pit and they dig around looking for these items. I know that there will be ours of fun throughout the year. Thank you once again.”

  • ADL Skills

    Funded May 9, 2019

Thank you so much once again for donating to this project. The materials provided so much help and support for my students. The students who needed the pull-ups had enough to last the rest of the school year. The containers were extremely helpful as my students learned task activities. From my highest to the lowest, they were able to complete tasks almost independently and knew where to place their completed tasks in the same containers no matter where they were working. You have helped to make an impact on these students lives. Thank you once again for your generosity.”

  • Calming Our Senses

    Funded Apr 16, 2019

Thank you all for donating to this project. My students love the calming area that was created for them. When students are having a particularly rough time, they can go there and know that there are things to do there to help them calm down. As well as for times when they just need a change of pace from the day and have a place where they can explore or lay down and relax. You have helped to make an impact in my students learning and development. Thank you once again for your generosity and kindness.”
