These comfortable resources will allow our reading classroom to have multiple nooks for students to relax and dive into their stories! Flexible seating encourages students to become more comfortable in their classroom, leading to improved work habits and decreased behavioral issues! Students will be able to choose their own seating throughout the class period, giving them responsibility, too! The items included will be used daily by the sixty students in my classroom. Seating options like bean bag chairs, stools, floor pillows, area rug, and lap desks will allows students to have a sense of home, when they are in the classroom. My goal is to foster a love for learning for my students and these flexible seating options will allow me to reach that goal! Please help make our classroom our home away from home!
