  • Fine Motor Distance Learning Kits

    Thank you so much for your donations to my TK class. Since August we have been 100% virtual. This Donor's Choose project, along with a earlier project that was funded in the summer, was used to send home distance learning materials to my students. Your donations provided my students with learning packets, fine motor kits, at-home learning "centers", and folders dedicated to the skills we continue to learn. Thank you for giving my students the resources they need to learn from home. I've seen them grow so much since August, and I know that the resources sent home were a large part of their progress.”

  • Classroom Materials to Be Kindergarten Ready!

    Thank you again for your generous donations! Originally the materials were bought with the hope of returning to the classroom. Currently we are still learning from home on Zoom. Your donation helped me create distance learning materials that were sent home in August. I used the ink to print out beautiful folders with much needed resources for my kiddos to learn their colors, alphabet letters, shapes, numbers, sight words, etc. at home. The classroom supplies such as the calendar and bulletin board materials are being used everyday on Zoom. The rest of the materials are being saved for when we return to the classroom this school year. My students love all of the materials that were sent home, because it makes distance learning feel more like school! Thank you, thank you, thank you!”

Having the classroom set up from day one with learning aids, pencils, and glue will make my new students comfortable and realize that they are in their new home. Bright blue bulletin board paper will be used to cover the walls and make our classroom an inviting and captivating space to learn. All of the materials will be used to create a engaging space where students can learning and thrive.
