• Learning Life Skill in Housekeeping

  First, I want to thank you all again for your generosity! I am so excited to tell you that we receive the dress-up clothes and housekeeping items.

  My students are very excited to play with all the new clothes and items. I am excited to see them work on their social skills. They have already been firefighters, moms, dads, cooks and many other things.

  Many of my students have never had the chance to play with new toys like this.

• The Joy of Reading New Books, Part 1

  First, I want to thank you all of you again for your generosity! I am so excited to tell you that we receive the new books and the students have already learned so much from them. They have really enjoyed me reading the books to them in our large group time and during small groups.

  My students are very excited to hear all the new stories. Many of them do not have a lot of books at home so we like to give them the chance to hear as many new books as they can.

  My students are very excited to play with the new sink. I am excited to see them work on their social skills. They have already washed many dishes in the sink. They have loved playing with the hot and cold water. The love to make the teachers hot chocolate and use the hot water to do so.

  My students are every excited to listen to all the stories with the puppets and props. They are excited to get to act the stories out with the new props.

  When we break up to go to play centers, most of the students want to go to the library area to play with the new materials.

• Chicks For Our Room

  First, I want to thank you all again for your generosity! I am so excited to tell you that we receive all the new items to hatch eggs in our classroom.

  My students are very excited to see all the different things that it will take to hatch eggs in our classroom. The eggs will be in our room soon for use to observe and we can not wait for them to get here. My students will be studying eggs in the next couple weeks and this will add to our excitement.

  I am excited that my students will have a chance to experience something they have never experienced before.
