Thank you so much for funding this project, it has been very helpful to have these books in my classroom. It allows me to go through a variety of emotions or feelings in a format that they understand. My students think the stories are fun and follow the directions within the story such as how to calm down. They have a multitude of feelings and emotions such as anxiety, peaceful, love, joy, anger, kind words etc. They also, are able to look at the books independently by themselves or with a classmate to really connect with what they are learning.”

It allows me to print students work and put on items for their parents so they can see their art or other creations the way they are meant to be seen. It also allows me support them in creating stories for assignments, printing them out and posting them or entering them into contests. My students think it is great when they see their work come out on the printer right away. We can make fun projects as a class, for trips and everything.”

I just want to say thank you so very much for the cricuit items that I can use with my ASD students when we create t-shirts for field trips or art projects for the students parents. These allow us to really get into their creativity by providing ideas for them to create off of, then we are able to make it for them but also show them how to use some of the items carefully supported. This is giving them skill support so they can learn how to be more independent in their lives in different aspects and can be used as life skills with them.”

I was able to purchase a lot of functional academic curriculum to utilize with my Autism Spectrum Disorder students. I was able to purchase social stories to support all of my students but one in particular who has a hard time with making mistakes. This story walks through how making a mistake is okay and how we can handle it without yelling and screaming about it. I have task cards for them to work independently with learning how to use money and types of money. This has allowed me to give them a bit more of a diversified curriculum.”

Thank you so much for supporting my classroom and my students. They love to help me decorate and prep their space to make it warm and inviting. They also do morning questions in their journal notebooks we received.
Being able to share with their parents the progress they are making in an orderly fashion helps the continuity of my classroom. My students also really enjoy being creative and then hanging it up in the classroom to show off their work and decorate for the seasons.

I will be able to collect and track appropriate data and keep it organized by student. This will be used for writing IEP's and within conferences when I am working with the team for each individual student.
I will be able to have them write in their journals daily and also use it for math/reading sorts. They will be able to keep track in an organized place and reference back to a topic already discussed to foster independence before seeking out support.
I also will create my classroom to be inviting and engaging, geared towards their likes and comfort level.
