  • Our Class Needs Your Help!

    Funded Nov 28, 2017

    We were so touched an thrilled to receive our generous donations, thank you so much! We are now able to accomplish more in our small groups with our document cameras and projector. Students have a clear understanding of their objectives because the teaching points are displayed on our new long sentence strips and we are ready and prepared for each lesson with each subject written on the short sentence strips displayed on our Flow of the Day chart. Our markers, glue and tape help us express ourselves and illustrate what we learn when we make diagrams and represent our new knowledge in picture form. Each student is prepared with a fresh sharpened pencil each day and we are able to do our best work with our new highlighters, and pens. We no longer have to worry about running out of copy paper and now have plenty to copy the resources we need to succeed in our daily lessons, activities and homework. Your generosity has taught us the importance of sharing and giving and we promise to pay it forward whenever we can!”

  • Successful With Supplies

    Thank you so much for your generous donations! The tissues, paper towels and baby wipes really help us keep the room and ourselves neat and clean. Now that we have tape, staplers and magnets we are able to display our hard work for the school community to view. The painting paper, index cards, markers, scissors, cups, glue, erasers and pencils are important materials that we use to complete classwork and projects. Our favorite donation has been the games! We love playing "Guess Who," "Jenga," "Uno" and "Connect Four" during choice time. These games have helped motivate us to make better choices and continue working hard so that we earn the privilege of choice time on Fridays. Your actions have taught us the value of kindness and generosity. We will be sure to pay it forward!”

From something as simple as blowing our nose, or needing a pencil to write, our supplies will aid in the everyday functioning of our fourth grade community! We love to publish our work for our school community to view. We also enjoy expressing our knowledge through art as we find it a creative and calming way to demonstrate what we have learned. With the appropriate supplies we know our class can succeed at whatever we put our hardworking and creative minds to! We can't wait to put our supplies to use, thank you!!!
