Connecting Our Teachers and Students To Success
Funded Jun 7, 2016Dear Donors,
Thank you so much for contributing funds so that I could purchase chromebooks! Reading is difficult for my students and technology makes it fun to work on difficult skills.
Many of my students come from homes without technology like computers. Knowing how to use a chromebook will help them in all subjects.
Our school has many online resources that allow students to read online, but as a reading resource teacher, it is difficult to take groups to the computer lab. Having my own chromebooks allows me to take the technology to my students, whether in their classroom, my classroom, or even in the hallway.
My most reluctant readers are so thrilled to see the chromebooks come out. Even though we may only be reading an online book, the different format excites them.
Thank you so much for your generosity. You have made such a positive impact on my students.”

Creating Readers With Our Book Room
Funded Apr 6, 2016Thank you both for contributing to this project. We are so anxious to get our books out in our school, this book cart is a great start!
We currently ordered a large shipment of books from Scholastic with our federal funding. There are over 900 titles which includes fiction and nonfiction.
Because our space is limited this year, this rolling cart will be a fantastic way to get our books on display and in our students' hands.
We are always looking for creative ways to use our limited space and this cart is perfect.
Thank you so much for your generosity!”
With gratitude,
Ms. Dorman
Kindergarten Scientists
Funded Mar 18, 2013This is just a small token to let you know how much my children and I appreciate your generosity. The students were so excited to get the new sensory table. We had a special science rotation on Earth Day and the children used the table to experiment with the flow of water. We have already had the table outside on these warm days to have more experiments with sink and float. Students learn so much more from hands on activities and their excitement and happiness is contagious.
Please know that we will think of you often as we continue to enjoy and learn from this great piece of furniture. This would not have been possible without your donation!”
With gratitude,
Ms. Dorman
This classroom project was brought to life by UPS Foundation and one other donor.
