My project is to create a learning space that feels legitimate and exciting. My students need easels so that can have a real experience of painting. Painting on a table top is much more difficult and not efficient. My classroom is in desperate need of more storage space and low lighting during presentations and videos. The room does not have windows and only has one set of ceiling lights. When I turn the lights off for presentations or videos, it is too dark for the students to take notes. I also feel like it is not safe. I do not have wall cabinets. I need more storage space for students to turn in work.
