  • Kids Struggling to Read Need Books

    I can't tell you how much your donation has already made a difference when working with the kids every day ! The kids LOVE the Bingo game...it's the new favorite they ask to play on our "Fun Fridays". And the little collections of books are super. Because there's a copy for each student, we no longer have to share 1 book amongst 3 to 4 kids AND myself. That was challenging to say the least. The letter magnets will come in handy as soon as we start teaching the kids about blending. So, so, so grateful for your generosity!”

    Having the small tables has been very helpful. The Instructional Aide and I are able to keep our materials right next to us, so when we're working with the kids, everything is handy! It's been a real time-saver for sure :)

    The kids LOVE their mailbox cubbies! Each student now has a place to keep their own set of flashcards, a folder and any work we do during our daily time together (teaching reading/providing literacy support for struggling students).
