There is so much up in the air this year within the teaching world, yet I am very optimistic and excited to create a warm and clean environment for my students. My vision is to create a Utopian style reading environment using colorful contact paper to cover up the dingy walls in my class. I intend to use cleaning products this September to go into the classroom confidently and safely. The city my students and I live in require that parents have an option to send their kids to school. So I want to prepare as best as I can with disinfectant and paper towels. Also being that I am a first year teacher, it is very important for me to stay organized with items such as a calendar board, paper organizer, and printing paper. Lastly, I am thrilled to read new text with my class and add new pieces into the classroom library to inspire hope for the their future ahead. The books I added in the wish list contain stories that are relevant to the lives of my students today. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope you consider becoming a donor.
