• Listen Up! CD Player Needed for Listening Center!

The radio that you donated help my students enjoy audio books at any time! Students use the cd player to listen to books on cd as they follow along. The students are becoming exposed to so many more words and expanding their vocabulary.

• Organization is Key!

This project has made a huge impact in my classroom thus far! My students thoroughly enjoy using the computers without having to fight through the wires from keyboards and mice. The wireless sets have saved us so much time when using technology in lessons. The parents of my students also love the home/school communication folders. • The White Board Express

  Thank you from our class!! There are simply not enough ways to say thank you for your generosity and support of our project!! My students and I were so thrilled to receive the large rolling whiteboard/ room divider. We are able to make better use of magnetic manipulatives we received through a previous project with this board. The white board splits an area to not only create privacy but also two work areas to show their work! We have it set up and we are using it everyday. It is so nice to have options for students to use when exploring to solving problems. I am so astounded at the generosity of donors like you. Thanks again!”

• I Can Manipulate Magic

  We have not had a chance to try them all yet but the students are anxious to open them up. They cannot wait to use the tan-grams! Their favorite so far are the geo boards!

• Our Class Is On Fire!

  There are simply not enough ways to say thank you for your generosity and support of this project!! The money you donated helped to bring technology and other learning tools into our classroom.

  My students are always so thrilled to hear that we are using tablets in the day's lesson. In this generation, technology expands our opportunities in the classroom. I have downloaded lots of apps that my second graders can use. I am sure this is just the push they need to meet grade level expectations! They love they tablets most but also like to use the game buzzers. They are a competitive bunch! We also got a wireless presenter to use with our smart board. My students thought I was a magician the first time I used it!

• Organize It!

  Thank you for bringing our Donors Choose project to life. This is just a small token of our gratitude for your generous donation. The bookshelf and storage containers have been a huge help that my students and I use every single day. We've used them to organize and display all of our new books.

  My student participate in the Accelerated Reader program. Having these books on display have cut down the amount of time students spend in our class library trying to find the perfect read. In turn, student have more to read and test on each story.

• P Is for Pencil! P Is for Paper!

  Thank you so much for helping to fund our classroom project. Once again, through your generosity, my fabulous students have been provided with the two highly sought after basic supplies! Paper and pencils! These supplies have already made a great impact in our classroom and I am glad to be set to finish out the school year strong.

  These pencils have been most popular with my students. They really love how smooth the pencils write. I am so proud of how careful the kids have been about not over-using and over-sharpening them. They really want the pencils to last as long as possible!

  Every teacher in the building is wondering how it is possible that I still have copy paper. That is thanks to you! I am so grateful to be able to provide my student with the necessary handouts, note, and assignments.
