Hands-On Learning: Where Children Learn by Doing!

Funded Nov 20, 2022

My sincerest gratitude for all of your donations. When my students first saw the materials, they smiled, giggled, and asked tons of questions. Since receiving the materials, my students have been super excited whenever center time rolls around.

During center time, students enjoy practicing early literacy and math skills. Currently, we are learning how to add and subtract within ten. The dry erase boards are a great resource for writing out equations, drawing pictures, making tally marks, and writing number sentences in math. In literacy, the dry erase boards are useful for writing simple sentences, sight words, and CVC words.

Thank you so much for your generous donations. These materials will help teach and inspire my students for many years to come.”

With gratitude,

Ms. Beckford
