The flexible seating options I have selected will be beneficial for all my students, but I have several who for a variety of reasons are fidgeters, and this makes focusing and completing assignments difficult. I believe that with some different seating options these childrens needs for physical movement will be met, so that they can better focus on learning. Right now I do let students move from their tables to sit in other areas in our classroom, but sometimes they do need to stay at the tables for work. Having a seat or band that attaches to a chair will allow for that needed movement.
