Help Protect Our Technology !
Funded Sep 29, 2022Thank you so much for donating to our project. From this project we were able to protect twenty five classroom laptops. Our students are assigned a lap top and are responsible for the condition of their devices. The laptops get normal wear and tear from use and being carried everywhere. These cases will help protect the laptops for years to come so that future classes will have access to them as well. and if something happens, which we know Accidents happen, and our students will be glad to have the extra protection for their devices.
Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts! All you do for us does not go unnoticed!”

Funded Mar 10, 2022Thank you so much for the generous donation that you made to our classroom. Our students will benefit so much from the headphones you have helped us purchases. These headphones will allow our students to engage in more interactive computer and iPad activities within our classroom community. These activities will help advance their reading and math skills.
So many of the students in our class, such as students with disabilities and English Language Learners benefit from having texts read aloud to them. The students with disabilities in our classroom now have more of a variety of books to choose from online that will be read to them, within a wide range of reading levels. Additionally, our English Language Learners also have books that are written in their language with English translation to support their learning, including extra vocabulary support, all things that are possible without headphones, but are most effectively used more often with the help of the headphones.
We are so excited to continue interactive reading and math through the use of these new classroom materials and we are grateful for the donations that were made. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We are truly grateful to each of you for your generous and valuable contribution to our classroom community. Your donation will continue to be used year after year, as we make every student promise to take such careful care of these precious resources. Thank you for supporting public education!”

Funded Dec 18, 2018Thank you so much for taking the time to donate to our project. You have helped our class so much. The students now have the everyday supplies they need to help them get through the day!
The students were very excited to receive new markers, glue, pencils and paper. These markers are used every day in our math lessons. It allows the students to quickly work and share answers with one another. The paper and glue allows us to complete fun and exciting projects that help make our classroom bright and colorful, which make a warm welcoming environment for the students.
With our paper we are now able to make on the spot copies for the students, this allows the students to have access to materials they need on the spot. We were also able to print and make the students plickers. This is a quick assessment tool, that allows the students to share multiple choice answers with us the teachers, and we are able to see the results on our computer. We can then have discussion with groups of students about why they chose or didn't choose a specific answer.
Again we want to take the time to thank you from the bottom of our hearts! You have helped 28 students days run little more smoothly. You have given them the essential materials such as white paper, colored paper, glue, pencils, and dry erase markers to make our work brighter and stick longer!”

This classroom project was brought to life by Ripple.Fun Learning Fridays!
Funded Mar 27, 2018We wanted to take the time to thank you for donating to our Fun Learning Friday project. This year in our school we implemented clubs on Friday. Each Friday the students from the 4th and 5th grade classes spend one period going to an extra curricular activity. These clubs allow them to make new friends, learn and grow, in a variety of different areas. Every few months students change clubs.
Our club is the board game club. With our new games, students have come together to create friendships, learn strategy building skills, and learn to follow rules. When we started the club we had older board games that were missing pieces and directions. Now students are over joyed and cant wait to enjoy the variety of different games they can choose from.
Thank you so much !”

I have noticed that the kids are much more interested in taking reading material from the library because they finally have books that are of high interest. They take good care of the books too! They are appreciative of the donations so they make sure to return the books in excellent condition and place them in the beautiful and bright baskets that we now have.
The students with disabilities in our classroom now have more of a variety of books to choose from because we have purchased so many different levels of books.
