  • Snacks to Fuel our Brains!

    These snacks were really a hit with the students. We don't have snack twice a week that can often leave many students feeling hungry and low energy as not everyone is able to bring a snack from home.

    Many students rely on school meals entirely during the day time and often arrive too late for breakfast. Having a bulk amount of snacks on hand made it so I could easily provide those students with a few items to fill their belly until lunch time.

    Having such a variety made snack time a little more fun as students would be excited as they anticipated which snack we would have that day. This donation was truly appreciated by all.”

  • Make Learning Engaging and Soothing for the Senses

    Thank you so much for the amazing donations. Our classroom is an even more welcoming space than it was before. The timers and sensory tubes are wonderful for the students to utilize during their brain breaks or for classroom assignments. The students love having the various colors on the light tubes each day to create a fun yet relaxing ambience.

    The hands on literacy activities we can how do with the magnetic cookies sheets and letter pop are making a huge difference in their literacy skills. They love manipulating the letter tiles and practicing sounds while they use the pop it.”

  • Literacy Games and Manipulatives!

    Our 1st and 2nd graders at Doull are absolutely loving the literacy games! Once they complete their work they get to have fun while continuing to develop their literacy skills in decoding, spelling and comprehension. Not only are they practicing and implementing their literacy skills, but they are also building important social emotional skills. Playing games helps them to develop problem solving skills and teamwork skills. We would never be able to afford such wonderful games on our own, so we are full of gratitude. The manipulatives are helping the students that need tactile and hands on learning during phonics work. These are a game changer and we are so thankful for your donation to our classroom and their future.”

    These are wonderful resources for our first grade classroom. We use these as a fun way to help practice our math skills. They also promote collaboration and help students work on problem solving skills. They are always eager to finish their jobs and be able to pick a game to play.

    Our math growth has been fantastic the second half of the year and I know these materials helped. They have been engaging and fun!”

  • Help Me Hear Our Students Read!

    Thank you so much for the wonderful donation of headphones with microphones. This has made it so that students can work at their own pace and have enough supplies to be able to complete their daily reading practice on Amira. It also helps during our WIDA testing where students demonstrate their proficiency in speaking english. These headphones make it so our day moves more quickly and smoothly. It also saves us time not having to sanitize the microphone between students. The students take pride in their headphones and enjoy having such comfortable headphones.
