Funded Aug 10, 2018Flocabulary is a tool that I have always loved to implement in my classroom. it allows students to learn valuable concepts and enrich further from their classwork. This application is engaging and is able to amp up any lesson.
Through your generous donations, students enjoy these interactive videos daily and have said "Those really help me on my tests!" Our favorite videos include context clues, idioms, and sequence! Sometimes in students free time they even choose to explore other videos on the platform. Thank-you for inspiring my students and pushing them to love learning more!”

C.U.B.S Need Quality Reading Materials
Funded Aug 10, 2018Thank you so much for your continued support in my classroom. I believe the key to students being successful, inquisitive, and motivated readers - is a book. I am not able to provide quality, resources to my students but you made this all possible. My students have enjoyed reading books with characters that look like them, sound like them, and they can relate too. I want them to be able to immerse themselves in rich literature, that pushes their thinking. With your generosity, you have given the gift of reading to students that deserve nothing less.”

4th Grade Scholars Need A New Laptop And School Supplies!
Funded Feb 15, 2017I cannot thank you enough for your support in my classroom. My students are motivated by technology, so when they saw the new package including a brand new laptop they were thrilled! I am hoping to continue creating more projects so that every child in my classroom has access to technology to complete necessary computer lessons for English language arts and reading.
I have been using this laptop during my differentiated instruction block at the technology center where students can complete Internet lessons on the program "I-Ready" Or read through "Myon". I have also been able to incorporate this resource for research. Currently my students are researching the refugee crisis in Syria, and they are using this laptop to do so. During our novel studies, students also use the laptop/technology to look up new vocabulary words and their meanings.
My next plan for my Classroom is to amp up our technology. I want to continue adding chrome books to my classroom so more students can experience technology to enhance their learning! Thank you for the continuous support! My students are so grateful and I am so very thankful for you!”
