I started working at CS 200 this year, and I am working very hard to create a classroom environment that encourages them to actively explore, engage and take ownership of their learning, but the classroom needs a makeover in order to make it happen. I am asking for a single-sided bookcase that promotes the love of reading and books. Our children love books, but the bookshelf that we have now makes it harder for our children to navigate their reading experience independently. I am also asking for pocket charts for circle time such as Schedule, Weekly calendar, Job chart, Attendance and Letter of the Week, since we don’t have any pocket charts or materials to make charts on our own. Our scicence center is empty. We need some tools and materials that our children can explore and experiment. I am asking for magnifying glasses, tweezers, magnetic wands and magnets, a microscope, a balance scale . I am also asking for Legos and Lego baseplate, a dollhouse, magnetic numbers and letters, pegboards and pegs, a variety of puzzles, Alphabet robots, Letter builders, sandpaper letters (uppercase and lowercase), and Marble Run. Please consider helping our class to be the best place for our precious children to grow and learn!!! Thank you so much in advance!
