  • Stepping into Science with Class!

    Funded Sep 9, 2023

You were directed by God to do this great and profound thing as a vessel of His glory. Your efforts are not in vain, and the students will benefit because of your obedience. You shall be blessed double for your generosity. Continue being a blessing to others for the kingdom!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. W.

  • Let's Get Busy Exploring!

    Funded Jun 19, 2022

Our first semester was filled with hands-on activities, experimentation, and excitement for the future of virtual dissection in the Spring due to the generosity of others, and we thank you so much for being a blessing in the lives of our young scientists. Other teachers are a bit jealous of how much of a difference our teaching experience is in our room due to the ability to utilize such great tools, and it is because of the funds given to us. Thank you for making these very formulative years in STEM be beneficial with the gift of learning!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. W.

  • Cellphone Bank

    Funded May 26, 2022

My students have typed several "thank you letters" to all who have donated funds because their cellphones are getting "juiced" while not being confiscated in class, and all is right with the world. The freedom I have as an educator without the hassle of having unnecessary arguments about having a cellphone out while instruction is taking place is a non-issue in my classroom, and it has drastically changed how my teaching experience is this year. I wish that each and every "thank you" letter could be posted here, but I only have a sample to share which should speak volumes as all of the students shared the same sentiment. Thank you again.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. W.

  • Maximizing Learning and Literacy Through Technology

    Funded Mar 27, 2018

Even though I am no longer on that campus, the administration will benefit from my efforts. It is my desire that the students on this campus are permitted to use the Chromebooks the way that I intended. I envisioned daily access to research and ability to perform task on a level to which children in more affluent areas receive. I hope that the educator who benefits from my work will feel as blessed as I did when I received the news that someone thought enough of my former students. My hope is that these Chromebooks and my hard work wasn't in vain. Thank you for sponsoring the students!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. W.

This classroom project was brought to life by Ripple.
  • "Learning at the Table & Chairs"

    Funded Nov 22, 2017

The squeals of delight and the joy that filled my students eyes as they entered the room after Christmas Break, brought me so much happiness and filled me with pride. My students are now able to sit comfortably while working in small-groups, and now my campus uses my room for training. Being so fortunate to impact my student's learning experience by just changing the appearance is remarkable.

This is a wonderful avenue to assist educators in a way we normally can't financially, but your program makes it possible!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. W.

I teach at West Lake Middle School, (which opened in 2018-2019), one of Humble ISD newer buildings. The staff and the students are extremely excited to experience the new environment, but we have some needs that would really make this experience standout. We are moving from a paper-pencil type education to more of a STEM/STEAM approach. When students are able to explore on their own with the use of technology and scaffolded inatruction, they can achieve greatness and be equal to or greater than their counterparts.
