  • Super Scholar Storage

    Funded Aug 29, 2022

Words cannot describe my gratitude for your contribution! My students are going to be so excited with their new storage opportunities! Thank you very much and my students will be forever grateful! Giving them this small opportunity to have more storage at their fingertips will allow my students to take independence in their learning and will be great for our students.

    Thank you again. Very much.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Stein

  • Into The Unknown

    Funded Sep 1, 2020

I want to thank you for all your help to get this project funded. Turns out that I would be an in-person Pre-K teacher. Every bit of support is crucial to keep these students active and engaged throughout a tough today. These simple items such as pencils, markers, chart paper, TPT gift card, and Ipad stands allow my children to stay fully engaged throughout the day. They were so excited to see the new box of materials provided by generous donors across the state. We have used the TPT gift card to buy a big handful of everyday resources for the children. They practice letters, numbers, and shapes with the resources provided by the gift card. We have also used the Ipad stand as a document camera to show their work. They love seeing their work on our Promethean board. I want to thank you again all so much for your help during this very rough time. My students and I will forever be grateful for each one of you and your generosity.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Stein

  • Tiny Hands

    Funded Oct 21, 2020

I cannot describe the gratitude I have for helping me fund this project. This year has already been a challenge for all in students. This one little items for my students will make it that much easier for them. I cannot express my thanks enough. You are amazing to help a small class become a bit more normalized.

    Love you all!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Stein

    Funded Dec 24, 2019

I am thrilled to announce, due to the generous donations from select few, this project is fully funded! My students will be overjoyed to receive these materials in time to celebrate the new year. I thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart. Merry a Christmas and everyone have a happy and safe new year! God Bless.”

  • Leveled Library Lovers

    Funded Nov 21, 2018

With the kind donations and the generosity of so many, I was able to fund my project in full. Students were given access to new books and I was able to create a fun leveled library for my scholars.

During reading instruction, students are able to work in groups, partners, independent or with the teacher. Students are always willing to learn and enjoy a new book. To ensure the students are reading correctly, I give the students options on where to sit if they give me a summary of the book. I allow the students to sit at the teacher desk, pillows, comfy circles, the carpet or their desk.

I have 5 students who love to read and is always asking to borrow the read-aloud books that I received from this project. They want to act out the books or read them to their peers.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Stein

These books will continue to enhance the print-rich classroom that I strive to create. My classroom library is a place that my students really enjoy-I read on the carpet to them, they complete work there, and they read independently! Every student book that is placed in my library is treated with love and care, and they are thankful for the opportunities to read. All of these books have been chosen with my students in mind-I have watched them the past few weeks of school read titles just like these, and I have also asked them what type of books they would enjoy reading. Students will be able to choose books, which will help them continue to enjoy independent reading time. With these new books, my students will be able to choose from a variety of books that will allow them to read independently at their own grade level. They will also be able to choose books that interest them. The best way to increase reading ability is to read more, and these books will continue to help my students grow stronger in reading. My students already have shown an astonishing interest in independent reading, and this project will only help enrich their experiences with the printed word.
