  • Center Time!

    Funded Jan 10, 2024

We are deeply grateful for your generous donation to our Project on DonorsChoose. Your support means the world to our students and will make a significant difference in their learning experience.

With your contribution, we will be able to engage in hands-on learning activities. This will allow our students to learn using a multi-sensory approach. Additionally, their fine motor skills will be strengthened, which will help them get ready to begin writing.

Thank you again for your belief in our students and our mission. We are so fortunate to have your support!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. von Hagen

  • The Clean and Hungry Classroom

    Funded Dec 21, 2024

Thank you so much for your generosity and making a difference in our classroom. This project was funded at the perfect timing! We are running low on cleaning supplies since many of us are getting sick, and we ran out of snacks for the students. Thank you! Thanks you! Thank you!”

    With gratitude,

  • Sensory Play & Zen

    Funded Sep 29, 2022

Thank you so much for your generosity. We love all of the materials that were delivered to our classroom. Our morning bins are neatly organized and accessible for us to play with. This creates autonomy and makes us feel proud!

We also love all of the sensory toys that help us feel calm when we are having a tough moment or a tough day. We walk over to the Cozy Corner and now have choices of tools that will calm us down. Lastly, the mirror above our sink is a great addition to our classroom. We love looking at our cute faces, especially when they get messy after eating cupcakes at birthday parties!

    Thank you!!”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. von Hagen

  • The Clean Room!

    Funded Sep 29, 2022

Thank you so much for contributing so many materials to help keep the germs out of our classroom. We have managed to stay healthy for most of the school year. Additionally, we have kept our toys VERY clean and like-new with the cleaning supplies donated to our classroom.

This year, my students have learned how to wash their hands and blow their noses when they need to. It is because of your donations that we were able to keep our hands clean all school year.

We cannot thank you enough for your generosity and support!”

  • Maker Minds

    Funded Sep 21, 2022

Thank you so much for donating the STEM toys to my classroom. My students have used these materials every morning upon arrival. It is a great way for them to be creative and strengthen their fine motor skills while still having fun! Their faces are filled with smiles, and their communication with their peers is also greatly improving. They look forward to playing with these toys each morning, and others who have walked into our room are also impressed.

Thank you so much! We would not have been able to do with without your generosity!”

  • Let's Stay Safe & Remain Open

    Funded Dec 11, 2021

Thank you soooo much for donating our erasers!!! We have used them all school year for Fundations and Math. We love learning with our whiteboards and never had erasers before your donations. Your donations made our learning so much easier to see our boards. We wrote our equations and/or words then just wiped them away with the amazing erasers that were donated. The best part was we got to choose our own color and we will get to take them home at the end of the school year!!!

Additionally, thank you so much for sending in cleaning supplies to help our classroom stay safe during such trying times.”

    With gratitude,

  • Pop It!

    Funded Nov 30, 2021

WOW! WOW! WOW! Is all my student kept saying when they opened the packages. They couldn't believe their eyes, and they were so excited they each got to have their own pop-it.

We have used pop-its during our math and reading lessons. They kids pop to count and tap out words. Additionally, my students use the pop-its to calm down and focus. Most of them wrote about the impact pop-its had on their learning during the opinion unit.

Your donations were so generous and truly made our classroom brighter and more focused!”

My classroom consists of about 22 English Language Learners, 12 students with an IEP, and 10 students reading below grade level. Many of my students come from low income families who do not have the support or monetary funds in order to provide essential resources for a quality education. Many students rely on "in school" support in order to receive breakfast, lunch, school supplies, etc.
