  • Back to School Supplies for Success!

    Funded Nov 13, 2024

On behalf of myself and my students, I would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude for the generous donations of school supplies, including folders, pencils, pencil pouches, table spots for learning, and Kleenex have already made a tremendous impact on our students, and I cannot thank you enough for your support.

The folders and pencil pouches have given my students a wonderful way to stay organized, allowing them to keep their materials neat and easily accessible. The pencils are already being put to great use as they work on their assignments, and the table spots are providing them with dedicated, comfortable spaces to focus on their learning. The Kleenex will be a lifesaver during our cold and flu season, allowing us to maintain a healthy and productive atmosphere in the classroom.

Once again, thank you for your generosity. We look forward to continuing to make progress in our classroom, all with your wonderful support.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Padilla

  • Ocelot's Snack Store Part 2!

    Funded Jan 3, 2024

Thank you for your donations. It has really made a difference in class. We have used the items to make art by going outside and using the chalk. We have also used the construction paper to create abstract drawings. My students have really enjoyed using the items without having to worry if we have enough. It has been exciting to see them prosper and building confidence. They are able to cooperate among themselves and expressing what they have drawn without being shy.

If it wasn't for donors like you, we wouldn't be able to have memorable moments. Once again, Thank you.”

  • Encouraging Literacy!

    Funded Nov 9, 2023

Thank you so much for your donations. As a result, the kiddos were able to use their books and plush stuffed animals to make learning fun and engaging. By earning these incentives, they added more books to their own home libraries and encourage them to read more with their families. They were thrilled to see their books about finance and at their grade level. They could not wait to take them home and tell all about it!

It is to donors like you that help teachers like me to better educate the kiddos and make them happy to enjoy learning in a meaningful way.

Thank you in advance for your wonderful donation to my students.”

  • School Supplies for a Successful Year!

    Funded Aug 4, 2023

Having the right supplies in my classroom enriched my students' learning and making classroom management easier. It ensured that my children are physically and emotionally safe, and it made them feel more cared for during the time they spend in school.

I had the chance to see their little faces light up when they got their school supplies. Cheering through out the class was heard around the school.

Now that they have their supplies, they are able to work without having guilt that they did not bring any. They are able to have their work reading using their folders. The ring binders were a great help to ensure that they had their homework ready. Pencils and let's not forget the Kleenex Tissue which was great in this time of need due to the sinus problems and colds that we have had. Parents were so grateful in lending a helping hand. Thank you so much!”

  • Organizing our Community for Effective and Creative Learning!

    Funded Jul 30, 2023

Thank you for your donations with the hole puncher and the assorted colored tabs. My students are now more organized and it is easier for me when it comes to teaching. My students do not feel frustrated when trying to find a page in their reading or math book. They now feel confident and able to complete a lesson. They help others and remind them not to forget to change the tab. It is also easier when using the three hole puncher because they have their work organized in their folders or binders.

It is amazing to see what simple tabs can do to motivate our students to be successful in class. Once again, thank you for your donations and many Blessings to all.”

  • Discover The Magic of Motivation

    Funded Apr 6, 2023

Thank you so much for your donations on the incentives for my students. As we know, motivating students promotes them to show interest and raise their participation in the everyday classroom tasks, and responsibilities.

Incentives for students motivates them to be more productive because they create a feeling of pride and achievement. Being successful makes them happy.

Motivating them with incentives in the classroom creates a culture of positivity and achievement where students celebrate milestones in their individual and shared learning.

Motivating students grows a culture of innovation. When students feel appreciated and supported they want to challenge themselves. Consequently, the importance of motivation in school should never be underestimated, as it stimulates growth. I can not wait to see their reactions when they have accomplished success in class and pick a motivational reward.”

  • Just One More Story...

    Funded May 5, 2023

I am eternally grateful for fulfilling my students wish in getting books to read for their AR testing. They are with enthusiasm to read their books and show how much improvement they have accomplished!

They enjoyed reading in small groups as well as individually on the carpet. By donating these books, their self-esteem has sprung. I really enjoy seeing their faces light up when completing a book and understanding what they have read. It is truly an educator's dream come true.

Once again, thank you for all that you have provided for our students!”

  • Calling All Minds Through Stem and Reading!

    Funded Nov 30, 2022

Thank you so much for your donations. My students were thrilled when I read them the diverse books. They understood that they are different, but have things in common too. When a conflict arise, I was about to read books about "bullying" and how it affects everyone. Now, my students have a better understanding in caring for others.

We also used the gears, and blocks. They had a blast...especially working as a team and learning to share and communicate.

I am so thankful, that with your help, my classroom is now more sociable.”

  • Making Math and Science Simple in First Grade

    Funded Oct 10, 2022

Thank you ever so much for your donation to our classroom? My students are very excited to have their math and science manipulatives!

The math and science manipulatives for this project provided my students with an easy way to learn... that is through hands-on. We also used the Addition/Subtraction math machines center and the write wipe to solve word problems. The students were thrilled to use a variety of ways to learn. When learning about money, my students were eager to use the jumbo double-sided magnetic money. It was a fun and easy way for them to practice.

I can not wait to study the life cycles and show them the sequencing kit and use the nursery. I am Blessed to have donors like you.”

    With gratitude,

    Ms. Padilla

  • The Future is Now, The Future is Virtual Reality

    Funded Jul 3, 2022

I am beyond Blessed on your generosity for our VR Meta Quest 2. My students were so excited in using it. They were able to go into outer space and inside a space ship. They are able to explore "to infinity and beyond". Their expressions were priceless.

Because of you, I am able to provide my students with learning games for Science and materials to enrich and supplement their instruction.

In addition to the obvious academic support our students are given, they are also being given the opportunity to develop gratitude. Even at a young age, our students are recognizing the importance of being gracious and thankful. You are making an impact on their education! You are appreciated!”

We will use the novel to do in-depth novel studies. Reading is essential to their success! The discussions will increase their reading comprehension, vocabulary, the ability to put their thoughts into words and most importantly their self-confidence. The will have the opportunity to share their thinking with the whole class and partners. Students who read novels find reading fun, and they learn more English as they read! Our classroom also needs a carpet for our small group learning area. Everyone needs a spot on the carpet! Having a carpet in the small group area will create a better learning environment by giving everyone a spot and eliminating students not knowing where to sit. Students need routine and structure and a carpet for whole group will help create that in the classroom.
