All of us have a book series that we loved and read from beginning to end. For me, this series is Harry Potter. I am thrilled to be able to read the first of the series in class with my students. Our class is filled with readers, and I want to read a novel that will excite them as much as it excites me. Every book in my possession is treated with love and care, and I teach my students to do the same. I want my students to find themselves in a world that they can only get to through reading. This Harry Potter and The Sorcerer's Stone book set for each of my students will enhance comprehension and teach them fluency. I hope by reading this, my students learn to love reading and start to read more independently.
