Down in the low country, beneath the mossy oak trees, and beside the great blue sea, you will hear of my school and the great achievements happening there. We are an Arts in Basic Curriculum school - which means that we combine math with music and social studies with art and more! Being a new teacher, the greatest part of my school is the people. I have never seen a more supportive, encouraging, and honest group of administrators and teachers. We enjoy working with each other and feel comfortable to collaborate and work together. As far as the students, where do I start?! They are a blast. I see improvements every day as they grow more and more comfortable with me and with their instruments. I throw challenges at them every step of the way and they continue to impress me. They continuously work together for the benefit of the whole. These are some very gifted students!
