My students are kind hearted and put a smile on my face everyday. The students in my classroom live in a very rough neighborhood where crime, gangs, and violence is common. These students come to school everyday to learn and to be safe. They are excited to come to my class and do not want to leave when the bell rings. They are always willing to help each other and anyone else at our school. My school is very special. It is special because we are serving students in an area that is dangerous and despite that, the parents trust us to teach their child and keep them safe. The community tries hard to keep our students safe and make them successful.
