Bring Lessons To Life!
Funded Dec 2, 2014Thank you so much for your generous donation! My students and I were so excited to receive the pocket projector. Now I will be able to show my students videos and clips from anywhere I choose! I now can open their eyes to the world and enhance my lessons with no boundaries. Because of your kindness and thoughtfulness my students know that there are people in this world who care about education just as I do! I love to make my classroom and lessons exciting for my students so that they can be engaged and immersed in their education. To learn to reach for the stars and accomplish anything they choose to do!”

Funded Aug 20, 2014Thank you so much for your generosity and thoughtfulness. I cannot tell you the expressions on my student's faces when I was able to give them new school supplies. The worry about how they were going to afford what they needed just lifted away because of all of you!
Not only were my students thankful but their parents were as well. At "Meet Your Teacher Night", the parents expressed how hard it is to buy the necessary school supplies and what a financial burden it is. They were so happy knowing that it was taken care of and that they needn't worry.
Again thank you so much for all that you do and for believing in education as much as I do!”

We Would Succeed, If We Had Books We Could Read
Funded May 27, 2013The education world sure is lucky to have you as an advocate. My students and I cannot thank you enough for all your generosity and thoughtfulness in helping recieve new classroom novels. My students could not wait until I took them out of the box to put into the library. They actually took a pile, sat down at their desks to look throught them. For me, their reaction was priceless! I love to read and truly want to instill that "love" in my students.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! I cannot wait to read their thoughts about the books they picked to read!”

Start Us Off On The Right Track!
Funded Aug 17, 2013I cannot express enough how you have not only impacted my classroom but also how you have impacted the families of the students I teach! With your generosity, I was able to give classroom supplies to two of my classes! My students did not have to worry about getting the necessary material in order to complete their work. No one had to worry about budgets or how thy were going to afford to have the very basics needed to be a successful student! They were overjoyed to get new supplies that were their own and can use them for their other classes as well! You have made my students very excited to learn!”

Please Help Us Print
Funded Jun 20, 2013I cannot tell you how excited we are for our new classroom printer! Now I can create worksheets, lessons and show visuals to my learning disabled students! With your generosity and kindness I am able to properly teach my class and have my students get excited about learning! My students can do the proper research when doing a project because they will be able to print out the necessary documents to improve their work.
With the budgets being the way they are, a printer in a classroom has become a necessary "staple" . Because of how you all value education, you can see that a useful tool in my class can only "up" my game as an educator and give my students only the best!”

We Like to Think, But We Need Ink
Funded Dec 31, 2012Thank you so much for your generous donation to my classroom. The ink that you supplied for my printer has been put to use! The students can now print out their work. I have one class writing biographies and will now be able to complete their projects because of your thoughtfulness. And of course it benefits me because now I can print out the much needed worksheets and graphic organizers in order to each my class with.
Unfortunately because of bugdgetary restraints, it takes special people like you who care about education to help those in need. Again myself and my class thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your kindness.”

iPads Are Great For Special Ed Kids To Communicate
Funded Jul 16, 2012Words cannot express my extreme gratitude of your generous donation. The I Pad that you have sent to my classroom has been put to great use. I have used this technology in my classroom to show clips from movies, the news, anything to get across the aim of my lesson across, so that my special needs kids will comprehend the lesson. Not only will this technologhy be used with my present class but with many more classes in the future.
It is people like you, who believe in education as well as students with disabilities that continue to make a difference in all of our lives. Your generosity and kindness goes a long way and will not be forgotten.”

Thank you so much for your generous donations to "fun Friday!" This is just a small token of gratitude and appreciation for your belief in special education.
Showing my special needs students that learning through fun is still learning! The educational games that you have provided will not only be used in my classroom but I hope share them with all the students. My goal is to create a scrabble club! I want them to understand that just because they learn differently that they can do anything they put their minds too! Again thank you!”
