My classroom features diverse learners from all walks of life. I teach 5th and 6th grade ELA in a title I school, and every day the students come in with a myriad of baggage. They love having fun, being competitive with each other, and laughing throughout the day. No matter how challenging our day can be, we manage to have a good time. They are becoming better readers and better leaders each day they are at school.
