The Comfy Corner Listening Center, Lakeshore Storytelling Kits, and CD/Cassette player will allow my kids to continue to work on the beginner reader skills that they need. They will work on listening and attending to a story by having it read to them while they turn the pages with the help of the bluetooth read aloud center. This will allow my students to gain independence skills in reading. They can also do this with a partner as well. My students will be working on basic comprehension skills after they listen to a story. Reading Comprehension is an area my students really struggle in and they need all the hands on support that they can get. By having this center in my classroom it will really help them work on those skills and feel confident with them.
