Funded Dec 13, 2024Coming back to school from Mid-winter break was absolutely refreshing for everyone in my room. As students entered they noticed that the rug was washed and "shiny" as my pre-k students described it. More importantly allergens and stains were well managed and that is all thanks to the materials you provided through your funding. I would also say that the Dyson and the Bissell rug washer are two of the easiest machines to use. They are so user friendly and easy to maintain. Thanks to you, my student can now play freely on the rug or on the floor! My classroom is truly a second home for them!”

Funded Oct 14, 2024We are using the materials from our Literacy Boost project on a daily basis. We love to use the writing board during transitions into centers and deeply enjoy playing with the letter sound tubs. I am eternally thankful to you for being able to provide quality materials for my students.
They were truly excited to see all the fun literacy manipulatives that will help them learn to read and write. They love to play games and match letters to their counterparts during centers. In the art center, the rubbing plates are a popular item as they continue to use recycled crayons. Their favorite activity is the letter sound cubes and mat. I have two particular bilingual students that thrive while using this tool to learn phonemes.
I plan on finding more engaging activities to extend to my students with this literacy boost project. This was gem to my classroom and a tool to use for future students. I hope for your continued support in creating an extraordinary learning experience for multilingual and monolingual students. We all benefit from concrete literacy activities at a young age.”

Funded Jan 18, 2022Thank you so much for your generous support in funding the beanbags for my classroom's calm down area. These beanbags have provided a soft, cozy space where young children can retreat when they are feeling overwhelmed or need a moment to regulate their emotions. Having a dedicated calming space is vital to helping children develop self-soothing techniques and emotional awareness, and your contribution makes this possible.
With your support, we can create a more nurturing and inclusive environment that recognizes the emotional needs of every child. These beanbags have bee a key tool in fostering emotional well-being and resilience, allowing the children to learn and grow in a comfortable, supportive space. I am truly grateful for your investment in their development and the positive impact you are helping to create.”

Funded Sep 12, 2021Your donations to provide my classroom with a basic printer has done wonders for my students. I am able to print on the spot when children need a little extra help. They love to see their pictures within the classroom and on the bulletin boards. I am able to create a welcoming room with lots of colors of support for my students.
The most exciting aspect is the fact that my students have colorful anchor charts, vocabulary cards, and simple access to writing/reading supports inside the classroom.
Lastly, my ELL's have an extra boost of support through visual and print materials. It is important for children to have a print rich environment and that is exactly what the classroom printer is able to provide when there is a limited supply of books.”
