  • Dog Man Crazed Third Graders!

    Funded Dec 19, 2024

I wish you could have seen the pure joy and excitement my students had when I showed them our new collection of Dog Man books. They were all smiles from ear to ear! Students have been begging to check out these books from the class library and each night when students go home, the Dog Man book box is empty as they make their way home with the kids. They are obsessed with them and there is not a single night where they aren't all checked out of the library! Very few book series have evoked such motivation and excitement for reading in the classroom. Thank you for this wonderful and priceless gift!”

  • Classroom Novels Without Language Barriers

    Funded Dec 16, 2024

Thank you for supporting our classroom! Muchas gracias por apoyar a nuestra clase! We so appreciate your generosity and kindness in helping us fund this very special and important project. With your donation, you helped to give my newcomer students the gift of equity within the classroom. They now have the Spanish language novels they need to keep learning alongside their English-speaking classmates without barriers. My students also, of course, are huge fans of the snacks! The snacks help to keep them motivated and focused throughout the day! We know how hard that can be to do when we are hungry. So thank you!”

  • Art Supplies for Third Graders!

    Funded Dec 13, 2024

The impact of art in the classroom is one that should not be underestimated. Thank you so much for caring enough about our students to generously donate to this cause. My students have enjoyed using the materials so much, and it has made it so much easier for us to incorporate art into our learning more often.

The spill free paint cups and paintbrushes are truly a gamechanger in our classroom. The students take care of them so well and use them to help create their painting masterpieces. And the playdoh we are going to use to create models of the stories we will read. We love our new supplies!”

  • Picnic Games for the End of the School Year!

    Funded Apr 22, 2024

Wow! What an incredible and donation you gave us when you contributed to this project. I cannot thank you enough for helping to fund this project. Some of my favorite memories as a teacher will be the smiles and laughs had during the end of the year picnic with the the activities that this project supplied. The kids LOVED the ring toss game, the spoon game and of course, the potato sack game brought about many giggles and was a hit! We had such a wonderful experience to wrap up our year. I hope my students will look back at third grade with joyful memories and thanks to your donation- I know this will be one! Thank you!”

  • Germs Be Gone! Tissues and Beyond!

    Funded Apr 22, 2024

I cannot thank you enough for gifting us the important donation of Kleenex and supplies to keep our classroom sanitary and safe...especially through tricky cold and allergy seasons! The supplies not only got our class through the end of last year, but there's even some spilled over into this year, which is great! It means less stress and worry that there may not be enough this upcoming fall and winter.

Something as simple as tissue might often go overlooked or taken granted but not in my classroom! We needed it and your generous donation helped us survive the last few months healthy and ready to learn!”

  • STEM Lessons from TPT

    Funded Dec 31, 2023

Thank you for the TPT gift card which has allowed me to purchase lots of fun STEM activities for my students. My favorite so far was one where we read about the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade using the text "Balloons Over Broadway," I then bought a resource using my TPT that allowed students to build their "balloon puppets." Students learned all about the science behind how these massive puppets are engineered nd how they float. They had a blast with this STEM project. We then paraded our balloons around to other grade levels to show off our work. I can't wait for the many more STEM opportunities this TPT gift card will afford us.

    Thank you again!”

  • Inspiring Texts for Aspiring Writers!

    Funded Dec 22, 2023

Thank you for the inspiring texts that you gifted my students. We have absolutely loved being able to read these stories and have used them as inspiration for our writing projects. "The Lighthouse" was a text we particularly enjoyed as we learned about how the setting of a text influences the story. We used it as inspiration to write our stories in a similar setting. The kids' creativity oozed out of them, and they were so fun to read! The other stories have also been exciting to read, as they have reminded students of many of their own personal experiences to inspire their narrative writing.

    Thank you for your generosity!”

  • Back to Basics: Mid-Year Refresh

    Funded Jan 30, 2024

Thank you for helping me supply my students with the basic necessities they need to be successful in the classroom such as pencils, paper, and set of rulers.

Needless to say, the pencils have been a lifesaver. The easel paper has been put to good use making anchor charts for our learning and the rulers we have used to help us learn to measure in math. We were really running low and now have what we need to get us through the rest of the school year! I truly appreciate the generosity, care, and concern you have shown for my students and their learning. You are amazing!”
