Welcome to my classroom. I teach in Philadelphia in a high poverty school. My students are bright and eager learners. I teach both general music and modern band. There is a huge interest in our new music program but we are missing key things like mallets and supplies that would make our classroom function at a higher level. Our school provides some instruments to the students to take home. I hope you will be able to help spread the joy of music in my classroom. We are a CTE school and music is a great way for out students to express themselves. We have started a drum line after 10 years of vacancy and this has got the students very excited.
