I am so thankful that you were willing to invest in the educational lives of my students. These items that you have provided have allowed us to explore many more aspects of our learning process than in the past. When we received the items, the first thing that my students wanted to do was open them and claim the items that they were going to use. They're excitement was contagious. Who knew items such as jump drives and ear buds would cause such an buzz in our room.
We have been able to save our work on the jump drives so that we are able to move to different computers and different locations in the building. We are also able to save work that we are to finish as a group. This way we are not having to keep track of the assignment paper. We can just get out jump drive and meet with out group. The earbuds have come in real handy when we practice listening to reading. We have also used it when exploring our own learning through different online video resources. Without the ear buds there would be many different learning videos occurring at the same time.
I, along with my students, do not have the words that would truly express our thoughts. All we can attempt to offer is...THANK YOU!”
With gratitude,
Ms. Pittman

Thank you very much for this amazing gift. This has made a huge difference in our classroom. We are able to practice our reading skills using an app that allows us to download books. We also have used the iPad in science to study rocks and minerals. We can even do these things as a whole class because of the adapter you gave us for the Smartboard.
We are getting better with our spelling and word knowledge because we get to try our skills on the "Scrabble" app. This app also gives us hints why a word doesn't work.
This iPad has also been very useful in keeping track of our classroom behaviors. The students work for positive points and as a teacher I am able to keep track of how many positive points they earn each day.
Thanks again for this amazing donation. It opens up so many opportunities for my students.”
I don't know how to express my gratitude for what you have given my class. The only words I can say are thank you from the bottom of my heart.
My class has been using the storage items daily. We use the chair bags to hold folders, dry erase boards and our daily planners. Keeping these items there lets us access them very quickly and we always know where they are. The book buckets have allowed us to keep all of our classroom and school library books in one place so that when we move around the room during the day we are able to take them with us without worry of having to get up and exchange our books. This lets the students have more time reading the books that they love. The game savers are really a life saver. It allows the students to practice being organized with our classroom games. It also helps keep me sane when it comes to keeping all the pieces together during clean-up time.
Without these items I am not sure where we would store all of our necessary items in our temporary location. This has truly made a difference in how smooth our day and class runs.
Once again, my class and I are truly blessed by your gift.”

Thank you so much for your wonderful donation!! Your donation allowed our classroom to acquire book bins and chair pouches. These items helped provide amazing storage in our classroom.
The students have loved them. They enjoy having their books right at their fingers reach, yet in a nice organized container. No more "where's my book?" is coming from my students. They feel the same way about the chair pouches. They now have their own space to hold the binders and papers. They have been able to practice their organization skills that will help them later on in school and life.
You truly do not know how much these items have truly changed our classroom. Thank you just doesn't seem to be enough! However, that is all I can offer in a truly heart felt THANK YOU.”

I want to thank you for the unbelievable donation that you gave to my classroom. The out pouring of love that you have given has touched my students and I. We have been using the writing lessons and the step-by-step writing centers daily. We complete a mini-lesson on topics from capitalization, editing, grammar, etc. Then, we use the writing centers to help us understand how to write different types of works. While working on the writing pieces, the students use the dictionaries to look up words to see how to spell them and to see if they are using them correctly in the story.
Your donation has impacted myself and my students more than you will know-thank you!”
I want to thank you for the overwhelming donation to my classroom. The dictionaries and thesauruses have been a blessing for us this year. After having to move from the damaged school, we lost a lot of our resources. These dictionaries have enabled us to check our spelling, the meanings of words and find out how to use the word in a sentence. We just finished a researched paper where the students have to edit and peer edit their papers. Without the dictionaries this task would have been overwhelming.
The thesauruses have been a great resource. We have used them to help our writing be more interesting by not using the same word over and over.
There are not enough words to truly express my gratitude, but, I hope you know how much appreciation come with "thank you."”
Thank you very much for the unbelievable donation to my classroom. You helped provide my students with individual CD players that allow them to practice their fluency skills without disturbing others. The headphone splitters have also been used many times. In building our classroom supplies back after the storm we have found that we only have 1 copy of a book or can only use 1 computer and there are several that are wanting to use these items. The headphone splitters allow us to be able to share the same items and everyone participating still gets to hear.
All of the items have impacted my students and I more than you will ever know. We have been able to complete many lessons that would have been impossible due to our class loss.”

Thank you for this amazing donation to my classroom! Since the day that my students began using the Nook, they have enjoyed it and love using it. We have had class discussions on what type of books we would like to keep on the Nook. They use it for individual reading and for partner reading. The students have even recommended some educational apps that are available for them to use as a reading and behavior incentive.
I have seen a struggling reader become excited to use the Nook so that he could read one of his favorite stories to another classmate. He even used different voices for the characters. This moment was possible because of your donation!”
I want to thank you for your generous donation to my classroom. The CD-ROM games that you provided for my class have enabled us to work together as a whole group and in small groups on the skills that we need to improve. We are able to have fun and have a little friendly competition while playing the game. This also helps us learn how to help each other and to accept help when we need it.
As we have used all of the items that we received I have noticed a growth in my students. The growth is not only in their understanding, but, also in the attitude my students have towards learning. Thank you for helping get this growth started.”
We can solve any problem-with help. I teach 4th grade in an all Title-I school in Missouri. We have a very high percentage of free and reduced lunch population. We are on a limited budget for supplies and that budget has to be used for the very basics.
