Welcome to my class page! I want you to know that I take pride in what I do; I don't think of teaching as just a "job". It is what motivates me, what inspires me, and where I derive a sense of worth. I am passionate about literature and believe in the power and importance of the written word. I know that many of my students may not study English after high school; however, the importance of reading, writing, and communicating effectively in the world is paramount, and I aim to prepare them to excel in whatever they may choose to do in life.
