Help My Students' Voices Be Heard

I would personally like to thank you for your donation to our drama club's premiere of The Clowns. With your generous support, we were able to put on a performance that was memorable for the audience as well as the cast. Working in a low-income neighborhood has presented itself as a challenge, but the reward has been that much sweeter by trudging through the hard times together. We formed a family of which you have become a member.

The microphones used for our show allowed our cast to be uninhibited and shine on stage for their families, teachers, and classmates to see. Oscar Wilde once said, "I regard the theater as the greatest of all art forms, the most immediate way in which a human being can share with another the sense of what it is to be a human being." Thank you for giving us the opportunity to share our voices. Your kindness will never be forgotten.”
