Baby It's Cold Outside.
Funded Oct 25, 2024My students greatly appreciated the warm hats, neck warmers, and gloves, as these items had an immediate positive impact on their comfort and well-being. Many students expressed how the accessories helped them stay warm and focused during outdoor activities, especially in colder weather. The thoughtful donation not only provided physical warmth but also contributed to their overall sense of care and support, creating a more positive and engaged learning environment. These items helped improve their participation in both class and extracurricular activities, fostering a greater sense of readiness and enthusiasm for the day.”

Learning By Doing: A Series of Direction-Following Activities II
Funded May 31, 2024Thanks to your generous contributions, our classroom has been transformed into a vibrant learning environment where students can truly engage in hands-on experiences. The new resources have allowed us to implement project-based learning activities that encourage creativity and critical thinking. For instance, the science kits have enabled students to conduct experiments that bring abstract concepts to life, fostering a deeper understanding of the material. Additionally, art supplies have inspired students to express their ideas visually, allowing for a richer exploration of themes across subjects.
When the students first saw the new materials, their excitement was palpable. Their eyes lit up with curiosity as they unwrapped the supplies, and many immediately started brainstorming how they could use them in their projects. The collaborative spirit in the classroom has flourished as they share ideas and work together to create and experiment. This hands-on approach has not only enhanced their learning but also built a strong sense of community among them. Your support has made a profound impact, and we are incredibly grateful for the opportunities you have provided for our students to learn by doing. Thank you!”

Santa Claus Is Coming to Town!
Funded Dec 5, 2021Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for your generosity. I want to extend my gratitude again for your donations. Your donations not only made my students holiday season but also made mine as well. I was very touched by the instant response you gave. You gave hope when hope was lost during the Christmas season, you allowed my students to know there are people who care and understands them. They were so happy and excited to receive their gifts from "santa." Thank you for being the Santa in their life this past Christmas. For some, the gift that was purchased through your donation was all they received. So with that, I thank you abundantly. God Bless you.”

Funded Sep 7, 2021I want to extend my gratitude again for all your donations. The materials and supplies that you helped donate were essentials for my students that needed external guidance while writing and organizing their thoughts. As Occupational Therapists, we engaged the fine muscles of the hand, visual perceptual, and visual motor skills required to be successful in writing using various techniques and sometimes our students just need a little extra strategy to get them fired and going! You helped in making many of my student's goals obtainable by having these extra resources. They were so pleased and excited to have their highlighted/raised paper and pencil grips. I pray that you understand the impact you have just by donating. God Bless you.”

Funded Mar 5, 2021I am so grateful for all your generous donations for my students. They were so happy to see bags of snacks that we had for them. The pandemic has been really tough for everyone. Our students suffered because of lack of social interaction and their little minds wondering about what is going on in the world. I am so pleased that we have wonderful people like you willing to donate. Some of my students were not in school at the time of distribution; but I made sure that each student who had permission to receive, all did! Some came to the school and were so happy to see that we did not forget about them. This was such an amazing feeling and I will forever be grateful to you all.
Thank you and God bless each and everyone one of you always,”
