If my project was funded my students would have the access to a wide variety of tools to meet their sensory needs. With this project I would be able to incorporate a wide variety of sensory centered activities to help students regulate their bodies and minds to reach their full potential. This would include calming tools, such as a vibrating stuffed animal, that would provide direct feedback to the student. A water and sand table that would help students explore different textures. Sensory swings provide students will direct pressure and fluid motion that helps with regulating a student's sensory input. Other small tools will be used to incorporate throughout the day.
